Establish linkages between DASA and universities, institutions, schools, and colleges regionally and internationally;
  1. Support provision of online/onsite skills training/workshops/seminars lecturers or students and healthcare workers.
  2. Support program that facilitate visitation of lecturers/tutors amongst institutions/universities
  3. Organize  scientific conferences  in collaboration with Universities. 
  4. To find solution to problems through collaborative research.
