Engagement of Beneficiaries; As an organization working at both community and facility level, we ensure that our projects implementation is programmed to create positive change in the lives of the people we serve through utilizations of community participatory approaches, focus group discussions, and social mapping methodologies to cultivate spirit of community ownership of the projects to promote sustainability of impact at projects intervention area.
2. Partnerships and Research; Partnerships to benefit from organizational expertise and produce a much bigger impact than when one partner is involved. Collaborative and independent researches to generate evidence for policy and advocacy.
3. Education and Training; Knowledge, skills, and tools sharing for local capacity building, strengthening, and ownership
4. Impact Measurement and analytics; Depending on reliable data from programs, national, and international databases to inform policies and programming and support evidence-based decision making.
