Dr. Wani Bosco Fabiano
Dr. Wani Bosco Fabiano is an accomplished and experienced Medical Doctor with over nine (09) years of service in clinical and public health arena. He is a practicing medical doctor, registered with the South Sudan General Medical Council (SSGMC). In addition, Dr Fabiano is a practicing Public Health Professional passionate about improving health systems building blocks as well as the quality of care our people deserve.

Florence Bayoa Stephen Alibeb
Florence Bayoa Stephen Alibeb is an accomplished international development professional and Social Scientist with over twenty years of experience working for humanitarian and development organizations where she served at different capacities ranging from Nutritionist, Coordinator, Advisor in Sudan Council of Churches, ADRA, and MSF-OCA, and She also held the role of Country Director at ICAP at Columbia University and International HIV/AIDS Alliance(IHAA). Ms Florence has relevant experiences in health, nutrition, HIV/AIDS, gender, youth, and development programs. She is experienced in managing grants from Bilateral and Multilateral donors, UN agencies, and the world Bank. Ms Florence is highly ambitious, motivated, results-driven and commitment to high standards with proven ability to make good judgements, creative and innovative. She is well organized with a high level of attention to details and has ability to constantly challenge and improve existing processes and systems, possessing the confidence to work independently or as part of a team and always willing to learn new things. Taking initiative is her personal asset. Ms Florence serves as a member of the board of directors for DASA South Sudan.

Ms Moriku Stella Draru
Ms Moriku Stella is an experienced female South Sudanese accountant who has attended several trainings and certifications in business management. She holds a diploma in Accountancy from Nile Institute of Management Studies in Arua (NIMSA) Uganda. Ms Stella has over 6 years of practice as Administrative Secretary with the Greater Equatoria Field Seventh-day Adventist Church and Cashier at the Star Hotel Juba . Ms Stella is an entrepreneur who deals in babies’ attires and accessories. Stella is the Treasurer of the DASA Board of Directors

Ms Malera Amna Okayo
Ms Malera Amna Okayo is a female South Sudanese Human Resource Specialist with over nine (09) years of practice both in the Non-Government Organizations at OXFAM INTERMON, MAG, and in the United Nations settings. Ms Malera has previously worked as a Teaching Assistant at Baraton University Branch at the South Sudan Attached Territory, lecturing English Language.

Mr Irra Severino Brunson
Mr Irra Severino Brunson is a professional teacher with over 20 years’ experience in the practice in classroom and public offices supported by local government and Windle Trust International . He is a holder of the most coveted Grade V Primary Teachers Education Diploma from Kampala International University after upgrading from the Grade III Teachers Training Certificate from Gulu Core Primary Teachers College.

Dr Margaret Semira Pasquale Angasi
Dr Margaret Semira Pasquale Angasi, Former Executive Director of DASA South Sudan is a female passionate medical doctor with over 15 years of experience in clinical mentorship, coordination, program planning, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. She has valuable experiences in HIV/AIDS & TB programming for the past ten years with World Health Organization (WHO) and ICAP at Columbia University.

Dr Athiei Costa Mapuor
Dr. Athiei Costa Mapuor is the new Executive Director of Doctors Actively Serving in Africa (DASA). She is a dedicated medical doctor, holding a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Prior to her medical studies, she completed the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) at Kabojja International School (KIS) in Uganda, following her early education at Khartoum Diplomatic School (KDS) and Khartoum SDA Basic School. Dr. Athiei’s passion for healthcare is reflected in her extensive volunteer work and leadership roles. Following the outbreak of war in Sudan, she volunteered at Juba Teaching Hospital after relocating to Juba as an intern doctor there, providing critical patient care and clinical support. During her time at the University, Dr. Athiei distinguished herself as a dynamic event planner and organizer, leading several high-impact initiatives. She also contributed to academic research, demonstrating a strong commitment to evidence-based healthcare. Her dedication to community health was evident when she volunteered as a health educator in rural communities in Omdurman, Sudan, raising awareness about preventive health practices and promoting community well-being. Dr. Athiei’s experience extends to the international stage, having served as a distinguished delegate in the Health Committee at the Model United Nations (MUN) Conference in Uganda—a simulation of the United Nations, designed to engage students in global issues and diplomacy. Throughout her academic journey, Dr. Athiei has received numerous prestigious awards, including “Outstanding Academic Student,” “Most Influential Leader,” “Most Disciplined and Exemplary Behavior Student,” and “Best Book Reviewer.” These accolades reflect her dedication to academic excellence, leadership, and personal integrity. In addition to her medical and leadership accomplishments, Dr. Athiei is a bilingual professional, fluent in both English and Arabic. She excels in written and spoken communication and is proficient in live translation between the two languages—an asset in diverse multicultural and international settings.

Mr Chuol Dow Wich
Mr Chuol Dow Wich, Protection, GBV, and Peace Building Manager for DASA South Sudan. He is an international Protection Specialist with over 20 years of experience with International organizations including Nonviolent Peace force, AECOM International, INTERSOS International, Windle Trust International (WTI), South Sudan Law Society, plus others in Iraq and South Sudan.
Mr Chuol's areas of expertise includes the following among others: Project management, GBV prevention and response, trauma awareness, child protection, peace building, gender sensitivity, protective accompaniment, conflict analysis, and risk reduction within a dynamic and multicultural setting.
Mr Chuol graduated with Master’s Degree in Journalism and International Communication at Communication University of China (CUC) and Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literature (English) Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.

Mr Frans Moore
Mr Frans Moore, a Volunteer International Program Advisor for DASA South Sudan. He is a passionate researcher and program manager with over eight (8) years of experience with organizations and institutions including Lake Tanganyika Floating Health Clinic/WAVE, Talents Empowered, The ‘Leadership, Innovation, Networks, and Collaboration’ (LINC) Lab, Psychology Department, The ‘Work and Family Experience Research’ (WAFER) Lab, Psychology Department, The ‘Good Laboratory Practice’ (GLP) roll-out project in Tanzania that was within a collaboration between the Innovative Vector Control Consortium (IVCC), the National Institute for Medical Research - Amani Centre (NIMR-AC), and the World Health Organization (WHO). His core skills include but not limited to research, innovations, program management, poster development and presentations, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, STATA, and SPSS. Mr Frans graduated with Master’s of Science in International Public Health from Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM), United Kingdom and Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Georgia (UGA), United States.
